After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia], Mountain Iron-Buhl was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging an 82-38 win over the Bigfork Huskies. The Rangers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mountain Iron-Buhl to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anna Neyens, who went 8-for-13 to rack up 22 points and four steals. What's more, Neyens also posted a 67% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in December of 2024. Sami Warwas was another key player, going 6-for-11 on her way to 15 points along with seven boards and five assists.

Mountain Iron-Buhl pushed their record up to 20-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 42.5 points. As for Bigfork, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6.

Looking ahead, Mountain Iron-Buhl will venture away from home to challenge Ogilvie at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bigfork, they will host Chisholm at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
