Soccer Recap: Trinity Catholic Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against South Sumter

There's no place like home for Trinity Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They put the hurt on the South Sumter Raiders with a sharp 6-0 victory on Tuesday. Austin Hilty was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

The win got Trinity Catholic back to even at 5-5-3. As for South Sumter, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Trinity Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against Bishop Snyder at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trinity Catholic is facing Bishop Snyder at the right time seeing as Bishop Snyder is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for South Sumter, they are taking a road trip to take on Wiregrass Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wiregrass Ranch will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something South Sumter surely won't give up without a fight.
