Baseball Recap: Sumrall Bobcats vs. Taylorsville Tartars
Sumrall waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Taylorsville Tartars a 12-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-2 last Thursday.

He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched.
