Baseball Recap: Thomas A. Edison Owls vs. Boys' Latin Charter Warriors

Everything went their way against the Boys' Latin Charter Warriors as they made off with a 10-1 win. The Owls might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by eight runs or more this season.
Erick Torres-Brito and Junior Rodriguez-Duran made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Torres-Brito struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Meanwhile, Rodriguez-Duran pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. At the plate, Torres-Brito went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI, while Rodriguez-Duran got on base in all five of his plate appearances with four stolen bases and one run.
