Volleyball Game Preview: MACCRAY Wolverines vs. Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots

The MACCRAY Wolverines will venture away from home to square off against the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, MACCRAY made easy work of Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Fighting Saints: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hills-Beaver Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against Southwest Minnesota Christian by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

MACCRAY's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Hills-Beaver Creek, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

MACCRAY was able to grind out a solid victory over Hills-Beaver Creek in their previous meeting back in October of 2023, winning 2-0. Will the Wolverines repeat their success, or do the Patriots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
