While Weston's victory against Boston Latin wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Wolfpack on Tuesday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Wolfpack recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Weston now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Boston Latin, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Weston and Boston Latin could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Massachusetts Rankings. The Wildcats (ranked 62nd) will meet Lincoln-Sudbury (ranked 20th) at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Boston Latin will take on Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (111 vs. 7).
