On Thursday Knox Chambliss pitched three innings while giving up three earned runs off only two hits. The performance also marked the most strikeouts (four) Chambliss has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with less than two hits. For the season, he has an ERA of 4.50 over 14 innings pitched.
