Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Comes Up Short

Fairfield lost against Sterling back in September of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Black Bears. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Fairfield's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12-2. As for Sterling, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-10-1.

Fairfield has already played their next match (against Cunningham), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sterling, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Elyria Christian on the 4th.
