Having struggled with three losses in a row, Jackson Center turned things around against Houston on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 61-35 victory. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Botkins had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Rockets by a score of 66-53. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 160th, while the Rockets are ranked 399th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jackson Center's win bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Botkins, their victory bumped their record up to 14-3.
