Baseball Recap: Memorial Takes a Loss

Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Mineral Ridge Rams, falling 15-2.

Memorial saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bobby Ramirez, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Mineral Ridge, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.

While Memorial had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
