Soccer Recap: Mars Hill Academy Takes a Loss

Mars Hill Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Miami Valley Rams. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Mars Hill Academy couldn't quite close it out.

Mars Hill Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Miami Valley, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-8.

Mars Hill Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 10-0 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 30th. As for Miami Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Dominion Academy on the 30th.
