Volleyball Recap: Rowlett Comes Up Short

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last five times Rowlett and Lakeview Centennial have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Saturday. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Patriots. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Rowlett now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lakeview Centennial, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Rowlett will venture away from home to square off against Kaufman at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeview Centennial, they will challenge Sachse at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Patriots' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
