Volleyball Recap: Elgin Comes Up Short

Elgin lost against Waukegan back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Maroons fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10.

Waukegan was led to victory by Jason Ardon and Alexander MIllan-Colin. Ardon had four digs and four aces, while MIllan-Colin had 21 assists.

Elgin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Waukegan, their record now sits at 3-1.

Elgin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Fenton on the 5th. As for Waukegan, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Cristo Rey St. Martin on the 5th.
