Sandpoint took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Moscow, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs skirted past the Bears 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since September 28, 2024.

Sandpoint has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-6 record this season. As for Moscow, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Moscow has already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against University on the 27th. Hopefully Sandpoint paid attention to the Bears' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bears at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th.
