Softball Recap: Hendrickson Wins Going Away Against Pflugerville Connally

Hendrickson never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Pflugerville Connally Cougars as the Hendrickson Hawks made off with a 16-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won seven in a row.

Hadlee Woodard was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with five RBI, one run, and one double. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Isabella Gonzales was another key player, going 1-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Hendrickson always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .688. They are undefeated (5-0) when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Hendrickson's victory bumped their record up to 10-6-1. As for Pflugerville Connally, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
