Volleyball Recap: Colquitt Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Colquitt Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bethlehem Christian Academy Knights.

Bethlehem Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Michelle Brumley, who had four aces and three digs. That's the most aces Brumley has posted over her last three games. The team also got some help courtesy of Evie Powell, who had five kills and one assist.

Colquitt Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Bethlehem Christian Academy, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-8.

Colquitt Christian Academy has already played their next match (against Lighthouse Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bethlehem Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Heritage Christian Academy on the 13th.
