Football Recap: Watertown Comes Up Short

If Watertown was riding high fresh off their 48-0 takedown of Douglas last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Arrows fell 23-12 to the Spearfish Spartans on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Arrows of the 27-20 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Watertown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Spearfish, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
