Volleyball Recap: Dalayna Bogue Key Part of Team Effort in Eagles Win

College View Academy won the last time they faced Boys Town and things went their way on Monday too. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cowboys. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

College View Academy easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-9.

College View Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dalayna Bogue led the charge by getting 13 digs and three aces. Bogue is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season. Alicia Carlson was another key player, getting five aces and four digs.

They weren't the only good server: College View Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive matchups.
