Hesston and Lyons are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Hesston Swathers will head out on the road to face off against the Lyons Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Hesston is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.8 runs per game this season.

In what's become a running theme this season, Hesston gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Nickerson as Hesston made off with an 11-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hesston.

Brenlyn Richmond made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Richmond was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Kori Kramer and Wendy Roth did most of the damage at the plate: Kramer went 2-for-3 with four RBI, a stolen base, and a run, while Roth scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
