Basketball Recap: Tecumseh Takes a Loss

Tecumseh lost against London back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tecumseh Arrows took a hard 64-50 fall against the London Red Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Arrows can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 473rd, while the Red Raiders are ranked 236th).

Tecumseh has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.8 points per game. As for London, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Tecumseh won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Stebbins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for London, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against North Union at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in North Union's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
