Basketball Recap: Carteret Makes It Four in a Row at Home

After losing to Metuchen the last time they met, Carteret decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Carteret Ramblers came out on top against the Metuchen Bulldogs by a score of 44-32 on Friday. The 44-point effort marked the Ramblers' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Carteret pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Metuchen, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.

Carteret will challenge Highland Park at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Metuchen has already played their next contest (against J.P. Stevens), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
