Basketball Recap: Bryan Comes Up Short

Bryan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 56-41 bruising from the Swanton Bulldogs. If the Golden Bears were looking for revenge after losing 48-42 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bryan's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Swanton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bryan will venture away from home to challenge Wauseon at 7:30 p.m. on February 14th. As for Swanton, they will challenge Toledo Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
