Volleyball Recap: Washington County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Washington County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Edgecombe Warriors.

Washington County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for North Edgecombe, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-13.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Washington County will challenge rival Howard at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Edgecombe is set to face off against their familiar foe Wilson Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
