Harbor Creek has gone a perfect 6-0 against Erie recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Huskies will host the Royals at 4:00 p.m. Harbor Creek will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Harbor Creek took a 15-run defeat the last time they faced off against Cathedral Prep, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Huskies had just enough and edged out the Ramblers 12-11. 12 seems to be a good number for the Huskies as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The team relied heavily on Jason Dolak`, who fired off two home runs, six RBI, and three runs while going 2-for-3. Those home runs were his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Aidan Vaughn, who went 2-for-3 with one home run.

Meanwhile, Erie lost 12-2 to Cathedral Prep on Wednesday.

Erie saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Benedict, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Erie dropped their record down to 2-7 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Harbor Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Harbor Creek beat Erie 7-3 in their previous matchup back in April of 2022. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Royals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
