Soccer Game Preview: Lakewood vs. Columbine

Lakewood is 0-9 against Columbine since April of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Tigers will host the Rebels at 5:00 p.m.

Lakewood is headed into Thursday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Monday. They lost 4-0 to Valor Christian. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Lakewood it sure didn't stay that way.

Meanwhile, Columbine's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They had just enough and edged out Arvada West 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Columbine.

Lakewood's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Columbine, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2-3.
