Baseball Game Preview: Trimble County Raiders vs. Carroll County Panthers

For the second straight game, Trimble County will face off against Carroll County. The Raiders will be playing at home against the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Trimble County has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 24.

Last Tuesday, Trimble County came up short against Carroll County and fell 16-12.

For Carroll County's part, Bryce Furnish was incredible, scoring three runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. Those three runs gave Furnish a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mason Ogden, who scored three runs while going 1-for-4.

Carroll County now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Trimble County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.
