Basketball Recap: Lookout Valley Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lookout Valley lost against Berean Academy back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets had to suffer through a 63-23 loss at the hands of the Eagles. The Yellowjackets were down 44-16 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Daniel Wigginton was a one-man wrecking crew For Berean Academy. as he dropped a double-double with 20 points and 15 boards. Wigginton is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in each of the last 14 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Cody Stansifer, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Lookout Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Berean Academy, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lookout Valley will head out to challenge Sale Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Berean Academy, they will challenge Hixson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
