Volleyball Recap: Francis Parker Comes Up Short

Francis Parker lost against Model back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wyverns came up short against the Patriots, falling 3-0. The Wyverns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Francis Parker's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Model, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Francis Parker will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Walden at 6:30 p.m. on October 7. As for Model, they will challenge Lexington Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
