Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Highland Park couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders by a score of 58-55 on Saturday. The Scots' loss signaled the end of their undefeated season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kapaun Mt. Carmel to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rocco Keller, who almost dropped a double-double with 16 points and nine rebounds. Keller is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last ten games he's played. Another player making a difference was Corbin Johnson, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten boards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Highland Park fell to 24-1. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 22-3.

As of now, neither Highland Park nor Kapaun Mt. Carmel have any future games scheduled.
