Parkway West has gone a perfect 3-0 against Northwest recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Longhorns will look to defend their home pitch against the Lions at 4:15 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Parkway West's victory against Pattonville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Longhorns' defense stepped up to hand the Pirates a 1-0 shutout on Thursday. Parkway West haven't had any issues with Pattonville recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Northwest brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They blew past Poplar Bluff 7-0 on Friday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Northwest's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Parkway West's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Northwest, their win bumped their record up to 11-12-1.

Parkway West got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April against Northwest by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Longhorns have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
