Baseball Recap: Pelican Rapids Takes a Loss

Pelican Rapids was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 7-4 to the Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Pelican Rapids' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pelican Rapids will square off against Menahga at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fertile-Beltrami at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
