Basketball Recap: New Madrid County Central Drops Highest Score of Season Against Malden

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask New Madrid County Central). They strolled past the Malden Green Wave with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 77-60. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Eagles with their most commanding win of the season.

New Madrid County Central had a senior duo take command as Ra'Mond Brooks went 9 for 11 en route to 22 points and eight rebounds and Marvion Cranford went 8 of 14 on his way to 17 points and seven boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Cranford has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Ja'Kwon Jones, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 13 points.
