Volleyball Game Preview: Stratford Prep Lions vs. ACE Charter Cheetahs

The Stratford Prep Lions will take on the ACE Charter Cheetahs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Stratford Prep has seven straight wins, ACE Charter has six straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

It was a proper cat-fight when Stratford Prep took on Summit Tahoma on Tuesday. The Lions were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 25-17.

Meanwhile, ACE Charter came up short against Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit on Thursday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 22-25, 25-14, 25-15.

ACE Charter's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Stratford Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 15-8.

Stratford Prep took their win against ACE Charter in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cheetahs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
