Recap: Seton Hall Prep Pirates vs. East Side Red Raiders

The Seton Hall Prep Pirates's game last Saturday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They took down East Side 62-44. This was payback for Seton Hall Prep, who suffered a 49-46 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Seton Hall Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniel Beazer, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Primo Delgado, who scored ten points along with five assists.

Seton Hall Prep has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season. As for East Side, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.

Seton Hall Prep's road trip will continue as they head out to face Bergen Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on January 13th. Bergen Catholic presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Seton Hall Prep in New Jersey (Bergen Catholic is ranked 11th, while Seton Hall Prep is ranked 192nd). As for East Side, they will head out on the road to square off against Teaneck at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Teaneck's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matches.
