Baseball Recap: Chequamegon Has No Trouble Against Ladysmith

Chequamegon won the last time they faced Ladysmith and things went their way on Friday too. The Screaming Eagles were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Lumberjacks.

The victory got Chequamegon back to even at 1-1. As for Ladysmith, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chequamegon will face off against Cameron at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. The Screaming Eagles are facing the Comets at the right time seeing as the Comets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Ladysmith, they will host St. Croix Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
