Homestead's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isaiah Bragg, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds. Bragg is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last 21 games he's played. Anthony Reed was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Homestead and bumps their season record up to 16-6. As for Killian, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Homestead will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Bison at 7:00 p.m. Reagan is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Killian, they will take on the Sabres at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Brendan presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Cougars in Florida (the Sabres are ranked 124th, while the Cougars are ranked 690th).
