Volleyball Recap: Marionville Triumphs

Marionville not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 26, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Southwest Trojans with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Comets haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Marionville took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-11.

Southwest lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Olivia Hnem, who had 13 digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Abi Hnem, who had 11 digs and five assists.
