Basketball Recap: West Essex Comes Up Short

West Essex played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the West Orange Mountaineers 76-42. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Mountaineers: they've now lost four in a row.

West Essex's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for West Orange, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.
