Soccer Recap: California City Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for California City after they claimed the first goal on Thursday, however, they wouldn't score again. They lost 4-1 to the Bishop Union Broncos. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Ravens struggled afterwards.

California City's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-12-1. As for Bishop Union, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-1-2.

California City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bishop Union, it'll be an old-fashioned rodeo when the Bishop Union face off against the Mojave at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
