South Sevier is 8-2 against Grand County since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rams will look to defend their home court against the Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, South Sevier came up short against Richfield and fell 67-55. The Rams have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Raidon Barney, who went 7-for-15 en route to 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cannon Barney, who posted 11 points and five steals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grand County). They took down Monticello 75-56 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Buckaroo: they've now won eight in a row.

Grand County's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for South Sevier, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

South Sevier beat Grand County 74-65 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Red Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
