Cullen Sightler and Chase Strickland made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing, Sightler struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). Meanwhile, Strickland tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Sightler has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Sightler scored two runs while going 2-for-4, while Strickland went 2-for-3 with three RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Crews Felder, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 4-for-4. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases. Joseph Lyons was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
