Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ottawa). They blew past the Paola Panthers 69-28 on Friday. With the Cyclones ahead 36-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.

The win made it two in a row for Ottawa and bumps their season record up to 6-1. As for Paola, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Ottawa will take on Silver Lake on Tuesday. One thing working in Silver Lake's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Paola, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bonner Springs on January 28th.
