Baseball Recap: Lost River Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Henley, Lost River was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 11-9 win over the St. Mary's Crusaders. The high-scoring effort was just what the Raiders needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

The team relied heavily on Conner Guthrie, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-4.

Lost River's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-2. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for St. Mary's, their record now sits at 1-3.
