Basketball Recap: New Life Academy Takes a Loss

After soaring to 56 points the game before, New Life Academy was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They were outmatched by the Temple Academy Crusaders and fell 62-28. The loss put an end to the Bobcats' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, New Life Academy fell to 2-1. As for Temple Academy, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, New Life Academy will challenge Varsity Opponent at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Temple Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-46 defeat against Faith Christian on the 13th.
