Recap: Worland Warriors vs. Pinedale Wranglers
The Worland Warriors lost against the Pinedale Wranglers back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Worland fell 51-38 to Pinedale. Worland has struggled against Pinedale recently, as their contest on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Pinedale's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Erica Wilson led the charge by scoring 13 points along with five steals. Wilson is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Elyn Bowers, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds.
Worland's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Pinedale, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Pinedale won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Buffalo at 8:00 a.m. on January 6th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Wyoming (Buffalo is ranked sixth, while Pinedale is ranked 12th).
