Lake can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Scott Central Rebels as Lake made off with a 24-11 win. The result was nothing new for the Hornets, who have now won five matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Lake's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Scott Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lake will face off against rival Newton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Scott Central is set to challenge their familiar foe Clarkdale at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
