Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Marty Myricks stepped things up a notch to give Oak Mountain the 'W'. Myricks turned in his biggest game of the season, rushing for 150 yards and three scores while picking up 7.9 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 103 rushing yards per game.

Myricks and Oak Mountain will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hoover at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. Myricks will face off against Jr Mosley, the Buccaneers' star rusher. It's not every day two stars like this collide on the field. So who leaves it the victor?
