Basketball Recap: Lake Fenton Takes a Loss

Lake Fenton lost against Clio back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lake Fenton Blue Devils lost to the Clio Mustangs at home by a 46-32 margin.

Ellie Neuhaus continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Clio, dropping a double-double on 37 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it 14 consecutive games in which Neuhaus has scored at least a third of Clio's points.

Lake Fenton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Clio, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Fenton will take on Owosso at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Clio has already played their next matchup (against Corunna), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
