Football Recap: Baraboo Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Baraboo lost against Holmen back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Thunderbirds were outmatched by the Vikings and fell 48-7. While losing is never fun, the Thunderbirds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 267th, while the Vikings are ranked 14th).

Holmen's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Colin Williams led the charge by rushing for 110 yards and one score on only six carries.

Baraboo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Holmen, they pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
