Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for New Berlin West

New Berlin West barely beat Waukesha North the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vikings put the hurt on the Northstars with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Vikings sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

New Berlin West never let Waukesha North on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 26-24, 25-19.

New Berlin West can attribute much of their success to Morgan Kopischke, who had 13 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Kopischke has posted over her last four contests.

New Berlin West's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Waukesha North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

After both having extra time off, New Berlin West and Waukesha South will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waukesha North, they will host Pewaukee at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
